When you join the PAI launch list, we collect the email address you provide, the signup location on the website and the time of submission. When you place a reservation order, Shopify and the active payment provider process the billing and transaction information required to complete it under their own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use launch-list information to send product news, launch reminders and reservation updates. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand which parts of the site are useful.
Service providers
We may use website infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, commerce and payment providers to operate PAI services. We share only the information needed for those providers to perform their services.
Retention and security
We retain information only while it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
